Business Plan Task 2

In this assignment, we were tasked with creating a business plan for a theoretical future business of our design. here, I'd like to reflect on the process, and what I could have differently.

Firstly, I think I did quite well regarding the general concept and goals of the business. Tabletop gaming is very difficult to get into on your own, so I still think having a focus on helping new players join the game is a wise choice to help build a community around our business in the long term. 

However, there are some things I feel I could have done better at. For example, I could have looked deeper into the costs of running a business, and given a more in-depth demonstration of the business's forecasted cashflow. I could also have considered more advertising options. I only really considered digital options, however even something as simple as fliers could help our business get it's name out there.

Overall, I'm proud of the final product. though there are things I could have done better, I feel that I completed the task well. Were I to do a similar task again, I might do more research into the costs of running a business, and the success/engagement rates and costs of different kinds of advertising.
